WILSON, N.C. — Broadway star Alan Campbell returns to Wilson to star in “Oh, What A Night!” produced by Lauren Kennedy and co-sponsored by Theatre at Barton and Hot Summer Nights at the Kennedy in Raleigh. Scott Cruikshank to be Featured Speaker at Barton College’s 110th Opening Convocation

WILSON, N.C. — Barton College is pleased to announce Scott C. Cruikshank, class of 1995, as the featured speaker for the 110th Opening Convocation.  The annual campus event is scheduled for Tuesday, August 30, at 11 a.m. in Howard Chapel. Cruikshank serves as vice president of Alliances for the Americas for Dimension Data, a specialist IT services and solution provider that helps clients plan, build, support, and manage their IT infrastructures. Based out of the company’s Raleigh-Durham office, he oversaw the creation of the new Alliance organization and is now responsible for leveraging and expanding partnerships of major manufacturers. Il Libro: The Art of the Book Exhibition Opens On August 22

WILSON, N.C. – The Barton Art Galleries is pleased to announce the opening of the “Il Libro: The Art of the Book” exhibition on Monday, Aug. 22, with a public reception on Sunday, Aug. 28, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. in Case Art Building on the Barton College campus in Wilson. Terrence L. Grimes to Speak at Barton’s Master of Education Commencement Exercises

WILSON, N.C. —Dr. Terrence L. Grimes will be the featured speaker at the inaugural Master of Education commencement exercises of Barton College scheduled for Friday evening, Aug. 12, at 7 p.m. in Hardy Alumni Hall. Dr. Norval C. Kneten will preside over the commencement program as president of Barton College.
